PHILADELPHIA -- Joseph Rogers, Chief Advocacy Officer of the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania (MHASP), will receive the 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award from Eli Lilly and Company on May 22. The award includes $15,000 for the non-profit organization of the honoree's choice.
